Please ensure all product information is carefully noted before you purchase our products. Any clearance/sale stock items can ONLY be exchanged.
GIFT ITEMS
No refunds or exchanges are available for any Free Gift items.
REFUND, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If the product you have purchased doesn’t satisfy you 100%, you have the option to return the item for a full refund within 7 days (excluding sale items) of receiving the purchased items (excluding postage).
Refunds will not be accepted if they do not meet these guidelines:
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Items must not be worn, unwashed, or soiled (perfume/makeup or any types of odor).
Must be sent back within the 7-day policy.
REFUNDS ON CLOTHING ITEMS
Email us at sales@thahanee.com to get a free return label (applies only to UK residents). Please ensure this is done within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
You should receive a free return label via email within 5 working days.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 5-7 working days of us receiving the return.
Refunds will be authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department.
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the goods being returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
All item(s) must be returned in good condition. Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s)) shall be returned to the customer.
Return the items with all Thahanee LTD swing tags still attached.
RETURNS POLICY
To qualify for this, you must arrange your own shipping.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post; in such circumstances, returns and refunds cannot be issued. It is advisable to keep the postal tracking number and ensure you have insurance for your return package.
We recommend that you:
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all parts, such as belts, buckles, hoods, etc.
Include the Exchange & Return Form with the reason for returning the item and advise us on whether you require an exchange or a refund.
LOCAL PICKUP ITEMS
Please note: If you are unable to collect your item within 7 days of purchase, a refund will not be available going forward. However, we will still allow an exchange.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled, washed, or altered will not be accepted. We advise that when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make-up, or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item.
Thahanee LTD will not refund any goods that have been signed for by another delivery address, or for items returned to us which are lost and fail to reach us. Please make sure items are accompanied by a tracking number provided by your courier company.
We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your returns. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods.
ACCESSORIES, SCARVES, AND BEADED ITEMS
In the interests of hygiene, all accessories, scarves, and beaded items, including head accessories and arm wear, cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure that all product information is carefully noted before purchasing your item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please note that parcels sent to countries outside the EU will be subject to customs clearance upon entry into the destination country. You will be responsible for customs clearance. You must complete a customs declaration, clearly stating that the package contains ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
If your parcel is stopped at UK Customs and a charge is levied, we will refuse payment, and the package will be returned to the sender. Under no circumstances can Thahanee LTD pay customs duty to receive back our items.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange customer-damaged items (your statutory rights are not affected).
We do not offer refunds/exchanges on any of our customized services.
Any fees incurred by Thahanee LTD by returning the damaged items/items not in their original saleable condition to the sender must be settled before any further action is taken. This can either be done by deducting the return postage fee from any eligible refund money due or an additional payment can be made. Liaison will take place with our team via email correspondence should such a situation arise.
EXCHANGE
Exchanges are available based on stock availability. Shipping is free on the replacement items. Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change.
EXCHANGED ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible. There is no delivery charge for exchanging items. You will be sent an email to inform you of your exchange or refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Quality Control:
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at our customer service on 02073753087 (This service is only for UK-based customers.)
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Product Displayed
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
Sizes
All sizes and measurements are approximate. However, we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the size guide for guidance.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Promotions
We will continually update our online store with sales and promotions in-store and on the website.
If you received a promotional offer when you placed your order and are no longer eligible for this promotion as a result of a return, this will be reflected in the refund received. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and if your shipping fee is free and was waived (thanks to a free shipping promotion), this will be considered in the refund process.
Please note any promotions and Flash Sales are only applicable from the date issued. We cannot apply discounts or refund items that have been purchased before the promotion time.
